Overview
We are accepting applicants to open positions for our 2025 season, as well for future consideration in our Talent Pool.

Successful applicants in our Talent Pool will be invited to go through the application process to see if we (and you) are a good fit for eachother in advance of a position being available.
Steps To Apply for a Position Below:
(1) Complete this Application: It should take you 30 minutes to complete. We are very thorough in our hiring efforts to maintain the highest possible standard within our crews. Because of this, we are one of the top rated detailing businesses in Ottawa, with over 700+ 5-star Google reviews. When we are actively hiring, we review applications within 1-2 business days (sometimes less). We review Talent Pool applications on a weekly or monthly basis depending on our current hiring needs.
(2) Phone Interview: If we advance you to the next step after your application, we'll schedule a brief 10min phone interview so you can get to know us, and we can get to know you.
(3) On-Site 'Working Interview': If you pass the phone interview, you'll be given a 1-hour online mini-course, and invited to meet our manager(s) in-person to detail your vehicle following our processes and using our detailing tools & equipment. This is less about asessing your 'detailing ability' than it is seeing how well you comunicate, follow instructions, show up on time, and demonstrate the right attitude that would fit in our company and culture.
(4) Get Your Offer: If you pass our working interview, you'll receive a job offer conditional on sucessfully passing our 1-week training and final evaluation.
(5) Training Week (Paid): After 2 days of virtual and in-person training, you'll work along-side our crew leaders for 3-4 shifts, after which a final evaluation will be made to determine if your conditional offer will be revoked or kept.

Reference checks are a key part of our hiring process to ensure we keep a positive, high-achieving work envrionment that everyone enjoys. Your references cannot be co-workers, and must be direct managers or business owners of the organization you worked at (as an employee, or a volunteer). The more recent the job and reference, the better (we won't except references for jobs you worked over 3 years ago, unless you have been working the same job for several years).
